Bill is the founder and CEO of The Knowledge Capital Group (KCG). Bill is frequently quoted in the trade and business press and regularly presents at trade shows and conferences around the world. He is recognized as a cutting-edge thought leader in the marriage of traditional and Web based enterprise business systems and has served as an advisor to some of the world's most successful innovators of customer and business-oriented solutions.
Prior to launching KCG Bill was Senior Vice President of Marketing & Business Development for SMART Technologies. Before SMART Bill launched and was the research director for Gartner's Marketing Knowledge and Technology (MKT) service. Prior to Gartner, Bill held executive and international management positions at Gentia Software, Dun and Bradstreet's Sales Technologies, Inc. subsidiary, the SAS Institute and GE Capital Corporation.

Christopher R. Wilder Executive Vice-President Research, Founding Partner

Christopher R. Wilder is a technology industry veteran with over 15 years of experience in the networking, telecommunications, and software marketplaces. He is the co-founder & executive vice president of research for The Knowledge Capital Group. He has a successful track-record as a technology start-up executive that includes being a founding member of ichat (acquired by Apple) which developed the first commercial instant messaging product, SMART Technologies (now i2), and call center firm TeleTech. In his role at KCG, Chris is responsible for managing the company’s suite of targeting and outcome-based metrics products which have been used by over 200 of KCG’s technology vendor clients. He is a co-author of the book, Influencing the Influencers which has been dubbed as the bible for industry analyst and influencer relationships. In addition, his articles have appeared in the New York Times, Boston Globe, CEO Magazine, and Harvard Business Review, and he is regularly quoted in the business press. Chris holds a B.B.A with distinction in International Marketing, and is an avid rugby player. |
Stephen F. England President & Partner

Stephen England has an extensive international background in sales, marketing and business development. He oversees all aspects of KCG's product marketing, marketing communications as well as sales - both direct and through its extensive partner network. He is a co-author of the KCG best practices and case history book, Influencing the Influencers.
His seventeen-year magazine publishing career culminated as Managing Director of Dennis Publishing in London where he developed five of the top ten PC magazines in Europe as part of a stable of over 100 titles that he launched or managed. As the first Vice President at MicroWarehouse (the fifth largest catalog company in the world) he was intricately involved in building a Fortune 1000 company in less than seven years. His roles during his eight years there included all aspects of Direct Marketing, Merchandising, Vendor Relations, Catalog and Web Publishing in 13 countries worldwide. His ultimate role was as EVP of Sales running a 1,500 person, $1.8 billion sales and support organization. More recently, he has served as VP of Marketing for Living.com, COO/President of Camera.com and VP of Business Development at eCRM software company eCustomers.com, where he was responsible for major partnerships.
He is a graduate of the University of East Anglia with an honors B.Sc degree in Microbial Biochemistry. |

Biswas started his career in EDS Technologies in the CAD / CAM/ CAE group. He moved on to Gartner Inc in 1998 who at that time were initiating their operations in India. In a span of 4 years he moved up the ladder as Regional Manager handling all major accounts in various industries which spanned banking, pharma, software, insurance, and auto. He was also responsible in getting Gartner's biggest Asia- Pac consulting order. In 2001 he helped start Forrester’s Indian operation and till July 2004 was involved in Business Development and Strategy. Biswas is currently the Managing Partner - Asia Pacific at Knowledge Capital Group based out of India and focuses on building up the Asia-Pacific growth for KCG.

An astute observer of the IT industry for more than two decades, Dave Noble is managing director of Intelligen, the leading IT analyst relations consultancy in the Asia/Pacific region. Since establishing Intelligen in 2002, he has developed the region's benchmark Understanding the Influencers AR effectiveness audit and delivered AR strategy, program development and training services to many leading IT vendors, including HP, Symantec, CA, SAP, Microsoft, Unisys and Accenture.
Prior to this, Dave was responsible for analyst relations and market intelligence in Hewlett-Packard Asia/Pacific's enterprise business, and previously spent 11 years in analyst, sales and management roles with International Data Corporation. He began his career as a journalist and was regarded as one of the leading IT writers of his era. His media roles included IT editor of The Australian Financial Review, editor-in-chief of Computerworld Hong Kong and Computerworld Southeast Asia, news editor of Computerworld Australia, and computer writer for The Sydney Morning Herald. |
David Rossiter Practice Director - Sunesis - KCG Strategic Partner for EMEA

David is practice director of Sunesis, part of the Bell Pottinger group. He is also a board member of the Institute of Industry Analyst Relations (IIAR) and leads its taskforce on “Measurement and Evaluation”. David has over 15 years experience in technology public relations. He has specialised in industry analyst relations since joining Sunesis in 2001. He has developed and implemented effective, targeted EMEA AR programmes for blue chip companies such as Adobe, CSC, Hitachi Data Systems, HP, Motorola and Vodafone as well as a SMBs and start-ups. Before this, David worked for Harvard PR, advising companies such as Accenture, Lucent, Motorola, News International and Symantec on media relations, speaker programmes and internal communications.
